OLD BUSINESS

Bob, W8HGH noted that we had not received information back from QCWA concerning the banner that is sold by the national organization.  He will contact national again regarding this matter.  It was noted by Charlie, K4BSF and Buddy, W4YE that Vic, W4AGI has dues paid until the end of 2005.

The QCWA banner can be viewed here: www.qcwa.org/banner.jpg.  Members please check this out before the next meeting!

Stan, K4UK reported that the 2000 new WW2DDM cards, costing $284.00 had been ordered and would be coming sometime in the next month or two.

Buddy, W4YE asked that the W5KL cards not be billed to the chapter and asked that he be billed for any cost involved.

Bob, W8HGH will contact QCWA again and ARRL concerning QTHs of licensed amateurs in the area served by Chapter 202.  The intent here is to get new members for our chapter.

We all would like to thank Stan, K4UK for his extra effort in sending out postcards announcing the December meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

Charlie, K4BSF told the members present that Jim Tuckwiller, AA4L had become a Silent Key. Buddy, W4YE moved that the chapter send a $50.00 check to the QCWA scholarship fund.  Charlie, K4BSF seconded the motion and the members voted in favor.  Bob, W8HGH was also asked to send a sympathy card to Jim’s family with a copy of the letter being sent to the QCWA scholarship fund.
